Q. What is your minimum order value?
A. Our minimum ordeer value is £100. For free delivery, the minimum ordeer value is £1500.
Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver throughout mainland Great Britain, this include England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or any islands.
Q. Can I collect my order?
A. No, we only offer delivery, we do not offer collection.
Q. What does the (LT) stand for in front of some products?
A. This means that the product is not in stock in our warehouse and has a Lead Time. Please see the Delivery Information page for the info on Lead Times for different brands.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Log into the order portal on lionelwholesale.co.uk and simply place your order.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Payment can be made by card or paypal through the order portal. Payment can also be made by payment direct to bank, direct bank payments must be made within 5 working days of placing your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Q. Do you offer credit accounts?
A. No, all orders must be paid in full before the order will be disptached and delivered.
Q. Can you do better pricing for larger orders?
A. Our displayed prices are the best we can provide and we do not do better prices for bulk orders.
Q. Can you source larger quantities than you have in stock?
A. We can on some products. If you have a specific requirement, please contact us with the product and quantity and we will let you know of availability. Lead times for special orders vary.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. We only accept returns for items that are incorrect or damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind, late delivery or change of packaging/formula. All returns must be authorised before being returned to us. Contact customer services on office@lionelwholesale.co.uk
