Delivery Information

We have 2 types of stock, 'Stock on Floor' which is in the warehouse ready for dispatch and 'Lead Time' (LT) stock which will be sourced when you pay for your order.  

 

All orders are dispatched by courier or palletised delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days from confirmation of dispatch. 

We only deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. 

Our minimum order is £100. As a trade only wholesaler, we do not accept orders for less than £100. 

Orders between £100 and £249.99 will incur a £9.95 delivery charge. 

Orders between £250 and £499.99 will incur a £14.95 delivery charge.  

Orders between £500 and £999.99 will incur a £19.95 delivery charge.  

Orders between £1000 and £1499.99 will incur a £25 delivery charge. 

Orders over £1500 will be delivered free. 

 

Stock on Floor Orders:

All purely stock on floor orders are usually dispatched one working day after you place your order. 

 

 

Lead Time Orders:

Any orders containing any Lead Time products will be dispatched when the order is complete.  Therefore the usual dispatch time is the longest lead time within your order.

Please note, that means that if you order 'Stock on Floor' products and 'Lead Time' products, the 'Stock on Floor' products will be dispatched alongside your 'Lead Time' products when they arrive.  

 

All Lead Time products will have (LT) at the start of them.  

All Lead Time products are subject to availability.  If any ordered products are not available from the manufacturer, they will be refunded upon dispatch of your order. 

The approximate lead times are approximate only and not guarantees.  Lead Times are down to the manufacturer, not Lionel Wholesale.  

The lead times only start when full payment has been received.  

Lead Time products cannot be cancelled or returned.

Garnier: 2-3 Weeks
L'Oreal: 2-3 Weeks
FSC: 3-5 Days
Bee Health: 3-5 Days
Fenjal: 3-5 Days
Bionsen: 3-5 Days
